Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen operates as a full-service Mexican restaurant in the heart of Keller, Texas, known for serving both hearty breakfast and traditional Mexican dishes throughout the day. The atmosphere inside balances casual comfort with a homey feel, evident in the friendly interactions between staff and guests as well as the thoughtful interior touches that nod to Mexican culinary culture.

This spot works well for anyone looking to enjoy classic Mexican flavors in a relaxed setting, whether heading out for breakfast or settling in for dinner. Locals appreciate that breakfast is served all day, making it easy to enjoy dishes like Huevos Rancheros or the Pecan Banana Waffle well beyond the morning hours. The kitchen’s use of fresh ingredients is noticeable, especially in their hand-made tortillas and light, fresh rice served alongside many plates.

Visitors are likely to find the service attentive — the staff keeps a steady pace even when the restaurant is busy, including during holiday rushes and large family gatherings. The space accommodates families comfortably, which aligns with its frequent use as a familiar stop for locals hosting out-of-town guests or grabbing a casual meal with kids. Seating is ample, avoiding the feeling of being cramped even during peak times.

For those dining in the evening, the mix of grilled options and classic entrees like Fajitas and Barbacoa Plate offers a satisfying, flavorful experience without pretense. The dessert selection—including traditional treats like sopapillas and flan—rounds out meals with sweet, comforting finishes.

The restaurant’s location tucked into a shopping center can make it easy to overlook from the road, but inside, it fills with a steady flow of regulars and newcomers alike. Weekday visits may be ideal if you prefer a quieter environment, as the restaurant is closed on weekends, a quirk that sometimes surprises those seeking a weekend Mexican brunch or dinner.

Overall, Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen suits those who value genuine flavor, full-day breakfast offerings, and a straightforward dining experience centered on familiar, well-prepared Mexican cuisine in a friendly, unhurried setting.

Food was amazing! Had the pick 3 enchiladas with rice and beans. Will be back tomorrow again for the same thing.

One of our favorite restaurants, we always bring family visiting from out of state here. The owners are hands on and very nice, everyone working there is friendly and attentive. The food is so good, the only thing we dislike is that they are not open on weekends when we want great food.

Very clean. Food was fresh. Tortillas are made there and are very good. Good salsa. Food was delicious. Rice was light and fresh. My husband got a breakfast plate for dinner and he scarfed it down! They serve breakfast all day. Plenty of seating space available. Workers were cordial.

Another lovely dinner at Kassandra's. As usual the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. A lovely place to enjoy an August evening meal. My daughter had been ill, so I decided to get takeout. My son and I looked at the menu, and I proceeded to order. They had a full house that night, December 23, with multiple large parties. Staff was moving around, making sure that everything was going well at their tables. It took longer than the manager expected to get my meal ready. I have worked food service and appreciated how quickly I was accommodated. Busy nights like this can easily turn into nightmares. If there were any nightmares, they stayed behind closed doors. My family always enjoys Kassandra's and this night was no different. Thank you, Juan, and staff for making this a place to enjoy repeatedly.

A hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant in Keller. While there's no shortage of these in the city, Kassandra's is nestled back in its shopping center, unassuming to drivers by. However, the inside is filled charming decor, showcasing their love for all meals (they do breakfast too). Our server had drinks on the table in no time, and the large mason jars (with handles) were a welcome sight for someone who guzzles a small glass in seconds. Our food came out piping hot, cheese melted, smelling great. My chile relleno was overflowing with grilled chicken, and tasted perfect. The enchiladas were plump and delicious. Oh, and since it's a good litmus test for these establishments, I should mention that the chips and salsa were great. Definitely worth a visit if you're anywhere near Keller and tired of the run-of-the-mill Mexican joints.

What a lovely restaurant! We stumbled upon Kassandra, and I think it is a well kept secret! The salsa is legit, food was full of flavor, and our server was on her second day of work and the kindest server we have had in a while. They offer all day menu and their quesadilla are a real meal. Tortillas are made in house and great!

Cozy, clean restaurant tucked away in an old shopping center. We'd driven by this place for nearly 7 years when we finally gave it a shot one spontaneous midweek date night. With Covid continuing to hurt businesses, we did not have to wait for a booth upon arrival. While we were there, we observed maybe two other tables during dinner service. Fortunately, there seemed to be many to-go orders. My wife had the Chicken Fajitas ($13) while I went with the Robert's Special ($12). We also ordered a Kassandra's Dip ($6.50). Salsa was nice. Chips were yellow corn and reminded me of something once purchased at a grocery store. Service was spot on as our drinks never ran out of ice nor chip basket out of chips. Overall, the food here was good and the service superb.

Great hidden gem in Keller, Texas. We happened upon Kassandra's by accident on Valentine's and enjoyed the experience. I had carne asada and cheese enchiladas which were perfect Tex Mex. Wife had the Chili Relleno which she loved. Bigger portion too than other places. They also serve breakfast 24/7 so want to come back and try breakfast menu.
